Product Availability: Despite all the precautions taken by BISTRO CBD (ILYS company), the availability of all products cannot be fully guaranteed.

Product characteristics: Before placing an order, the Customer can inquire about the essential characteristics of each product (price, weight, ingredients, compositions...):

- from the website www.bistrotcbd.com,by clicking on the name of the product or its photograph;

- by email via the contact form on the www.bistrotcbd.com website;

The list and characteristics of the products offered may be modified and adapted at any time by the manufacturers. It is therefore up to the Customer, in particular if he is prone to allergies, to refer, at the time of delivery and before any consumption, to the list of ingredients appearing on these packages. The Customer is thus free to cancel, partially or entirely, his order at the end of this control.

Representation of the products: The photographs illustrating the products on the BISTRO CBD website, the packaging... reproduce reality as faithfully as possible. However, they are only a suggestion of presentation and BISTRO CBD cannot guarantee the total absence of disproportion between the product presented and the reality (in particular, for the Internet, due to possible variations in perception depending on the user's computer, browser and screen). In addition, if errors have been introduced, the responsibility of BISTRO CBD can in no case be retained.

BISTRO CBD therefore declines all responsibility for the presentation of the products on the photographs broadcast.

If the customer has an account:

- The customer connects to his account using his personal identifiers.
- The customer adds one or more products to his basket.
- The customer validates his basket through his summary.
- The customer chooses the payment method and finalizes his purchase.
- The customer will receive a confirmation by email.


The applicable rates are indicated on the website www.bistrotcbd.com and correspond to prices all taxes included.


  • Payment is made when ordering by credit card or bank transfer.
  • The order will be taken into account after acceptance of payment.


ILYS makes every possible to deliver the products to the carrier within 24 working hours following the confirmation of payment of the order. Delivery is made through the Letter Tracking service within 24 to 48 hours or Chronopost within 24 hours. Any delays would not give rise to a claim. In any case, if within 30 days the package is not delivered, the customer may request a refund.


The products sold being food and therefore perishable you do not have a right of withdrawal. If you notice a damaged or non-compliant package you must report it directly to the carrier.


The Customer may address any complaint:

- directly from his BISTRO CBD Advisor;

- via the "Contact" form on the www.bistrotcbd.comwebsite.


For orders placed from the BISTRO CBD website, registrations automatically operated by BISTRO CBD's computer systems will be considered as proof of the content and date of the order, unless there is formal proof to the contrary reported by the Customer.

Applicable law

These general conditions of sale are governed by French law.
ILYS cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever, material, immaterial or bodily.
The liability of ILYS is in any case limited to the amount of the order.
In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact ILYS in order to find an amicable solution.
If necessary the competent jurisdiction will be the court of Angoulême
